Party Invitations

In today's world of texting and email, it's easy to send out a quick invite to a group of people. But I'm still a huge fan of receiving tangible invitations through the mail. And Hero Arts has two clear stamps to help you create invitations for any occasion!

The hero_product_link sku="CL974" text="Invitation Themes"] and hero_product_link sku="CL975" text="Party Themes"] sets include a huge variety of messages to create your own invitations. I arranged all my text stamps onto my Mini Misti, which makes it a breeze for mass production.

For the bottom portion of the invitation, I used the hero_product_link sku="SA075" text="Waves Stencil"] to create some fun texture with clear embossing paste mixed with hero_product_link sku="AF223" text="Tide Pool Shadow Ink"]. It looks just like the waves in a swimming pool!

For a fun element on each invitation I stamped various images from the hero_product_link sku="CL978" text="Beach"] stamp set with black ink and colored them with markers. I also added a coat of Glossy Accents for a finishing touch.

When you are making invitations, they don't all have to be the same. I decided to mix up colors of cardstock that I matted them on as well as the fun icons added to each invitation. It will keep the process fresh, so you don't get bored making the same thing over and over.

Now all I need is a pool and these invitations can go out in the mail! ;)
