Shipping News

Hello friends! We want to provide you with an update on our current shipping situation at Hero Arts.

Although we are still working hard to finish shipping April My Monthly Hero kits, we are more behind than we anticipated. We hope to finish shipping these out in the next couple of weeks. We will start on May kits and add-ons just as soon as we have finished with the April kits.

In the meantime, we have good news on the horizon! California is starting to allow the opening of manufacturers like Hero Arts. This means we are working on plans to safely and efficiently reopen. In the coming weeks we will bring back more of our production team and hope to translate this into faster shipping times and more normal operations. Stay tuned as we know more!

We are so appreciative that you have continued to order despite knowing we have long delays. We are doing our best and are so sorry for the long shipping times. Of course, if it is too long to wait you are welcome to cancel your order at any time and we will happily provide a full refund. Please just let us know.

Thank you for your kind understanding and patience! Look for another shipping update soon, as we move forward with our plans to reopen with safety as our top priority.

Take care,

When is the June kit coming out. ? I thought it was the first Monday of the month. But the website shows the May Kit.

Judy Ferrell,

The updates are appreciated. I can’t begin to imagine the stress you and your family must be experiencing. In reading the other comments below, I think your customers want to support you both financially and emotionally. I know I will continue to support Hero Arts. We know you are doing your best with the situation. Please give yourself some personal time. We can wait.

Muriel,

Thank you for the update. All that matters is that you are safe & well. Keep your spirits high and all else in perspective. We know you are doing the best you can and the Hero Arts community you have worked so hard to build supports you all the way.

Miriam,

Hey it’s Hero Arts my favorite and we know you are trying very hard with the ugly situation. And.. I am pretty sure most of us have a few things to play with in the mean time.

Karen Kirkman,

Thank you for taking such care and being diligent to keep shipping going. I can only imagine the task at hand when there are not enough hands to physically do it all. Please take care and I will continue to shop.
