A Sweet Christmas Inspiration | Die Cut & Colored Christmas Card with Elena Salo

Hello dear Spellbinders’ fans! So glad to be with you again and to introduce you to the new collection of dies and stamps - A Sweet Christmas by Sharyn Sowell. It contains a lot of beautiful shapes of Christmas scenes and many other useful dies for holiday greeting cards. For today’s post I created Merry Christmas card using non-traditional color scheme.

I created 4 ½ x5 ¾ ‘ top folding card base out of white cardstock. Then I cut out a panel out of yellow cardstock that is slightly smaller than the card base, covered edges with white ink and adhered it onto the card base. I die-cut two branches using Mistletoe Gatefold die and colored them. I also covered all berries with glossy accent.

I foam mounted branches onto the card and added some dots around them with white gel pen.

I die-cut Merry Christmas sentiment using From Our Home to Yours set of dies, colored it and covered with glossy accent. I foam mounted the sentiment onto the card.
