Hello, crafters! I'm thrilled to be a guest designer on the Spellbinders blog today, showcasing the beautiful new Copperplate Happy Everything Collection, releasing this June! This collection is versatile, featuring elegant sentiments perfect for various occasions.
The Copperplate Happy Everything Collection includes:
If you'd like to get to know me better, visit my blog or follow me on Instagram. Additionally, I have a YouTube channel where I regularly post video tutorials.
For today's post, I've created three cards, each highlighting a different sentiment from the collection and utilizing BetterPress plates for stunning backgrounds. Let's dive into the details!
Happy Birthday Celebration Card
This festive birthday card combines a vibrant BetterPress background with a striking foiled sentiment.
Carefully cut out the circular window within the pressed background using a craft knife and scissors. This will create a frame for your foiled sentiment.
Adhere the foiled "Happy Birthday" sentiment behind the circular opening of the background using foam stickers for added dimension.
Layer this ring over the pressed background, aligning it with the circular opening.
Using scissors, carefully trim around the elements of the pressed image that extend over the circular ring, allowing them to overlap the ring for a unique layered effect.
Arrange and adhere the die-cut flowers around the sentiment to complete the card.
I hope you enjoyed this look at the new Copperplate Happy Everything Collection! These versatile sets are perfect for adding elegant and heartfelt sentiments to your creations. Be sure to pick up your favorites when they release in June!
Happy Crafting!
XOXO, Heejung
