Two Tones Hot Foil Techniques + Elegant Becca Feeken Clear Card | Spellbinders Live

Have you ever made a clear card? Today in the Creative Classroom, Kim Kesti shares an elegant Glimmer card with a clear base, plus two additional Glimmer cards featuring Becca Feeken’s Delicate Impressions Collection .

Clear Card Base Saving Grace Card

Kim begins this tutorial showing you how to make a clear card base. To create one yourself, trim an acetate sheet into card size and score to fold. Next, add a cardstock panel inside the card, and embellish with the Fanfare Border on each side. Then, decorate a slightly smaller cardstock layer to add to the front of the card. Kim created this layer with two tone foiling using Rose Gold and Copper foil. Watch the video to see just how she pieced together the beautiful plates from the Filigree Crescent Band Glimmer Plate .

The first is a clean and simple card using just one small floral Glimmer plate plus a sentiment. The rainbow foiling adds a fun pop of colors and the Fashion Silver dots finish off this lovely card.
