Vivid Flowers Cards

Hello Crafty Friends, Heejung Hunsberger here! I'm thrilled to be returning as a guest designer for Spellbinders this month again! I’m thrilled to share my cards featuring the Vivid Collection. I always enjoy creating flowers and butterflies, and this collection is fantastic! If you'd like to get to know me better, visit my blog or follow me on Instagram. Gray and violet-toned thank you Card

Vivid Flowers Cards, BP-268, S6-250 I apply a white hot foil to Fog-colored card stock using a Vivid Script Sentiments letterpress plate. Vivid Flowers Cards, BP-268, S6-250 I die-cut the leaves and flower stalks on the Rainforest Card Stock. Vivid Flowers Cards, BP-268, S6-250 I die-cut the flowers on the Royal Amethyst card stock, Purple Mist, Beeswax, and black card stock. Vivid Flowers Cards, BP-268, S6-250 Before assembling the flower, I used a blending brush to add shading to the center to create depth, and I finished the card with an opal gem.

Lace Border Background Birthday Card!

Vivid Flowers Cards, S4-1413, S6-250, BP-261 First, cut out the background using the Eyelet Scallop Border die on Lunar Gray cardstock. Vivid Flowers Cards, S4-1413, S6-250, BP-261 I attached the laces to the Graphite card stock to create the background. Vivid Flowers Cards, S4-1413, S6-250, BP-261 Cut out the flowers from the pink sand and dahlia card stock, as well as the sage card stock. I also die-cut the Essential Modern Ovals die from gray card stock. Attach the oval cut to the center and glue the leaves and flower stems underneath oval. Vivid Flowers Cards, S4-1413, S6-250, BP-261 For the sentiments, I foiled the Ideal Moments Press Plates in gold on black card stock and die-cut it with the coordinating die.

Embossed the flowers and Butterflies Card

Vivid Flowers Cards, E3D-126, SES-036, S4-1266 First, I die-cut the coordinating edge die of the Blooming Butterflies 3D embossing folder at an angle on A2-sized indigo cardstock, dividing it into two pieces: the top and bottom sections. Additionally, I embossed the white cardstock with the Diamond Plaid embossing folder Vivid Flowers Cards, E3D-126, SES-036, S4-1266 The cut piece of paper is embossed by aligning it with the shape on the edge of the Blooming Butterflies 3D embossing folder. Vivid Flowers Cards, E3D-126, SES-036, S4-1266 After embossing them, I applied white pigment ink with the blending tool over the flowers to give them more depth. Vivid Flowers Cards, E3D-126, SES-036, S4-1266 I also die-cut the butterflies using the butterfly die from the Blooming Butterflies 3D embossing folder and die set and embossed them with the same folder. I colored the butterflies with a blending tool and added some shading with a Glitter Gel Pen along the edges. The Glitter pens are incredibly easy to use and create a beautiful effect effect. Vivid Flowers Cards, E3D-126, SES-036, S4-1266 I die-cut the word "hugs" from the vivid "script sentiments" dies on white cardstock, using double layers. I also incorporated the sentiment from the Ideal Moments Press Plate and die. I finished the card with gold embellishments. I love this Vivid Expression Collection! I especially adore the Blooming Butterflies 3D embossing folder die set. The Sweeping Script Sentiments Press Plates are simply gorgeous. I hope these cards inspire many of you. Happy crafting!
