Wine Country Inspiration | Savor the Moment Card with Mona Toth

Hello everyone, it's Mona here, thank you for joining me. This is my first post featuring Wine Country collection by Stacey Caron. For my card I was inspired by autumn harvest, I love so much this season.

I started working on my project by doing die-cutting. I picked all the grapes and leaves from the Wine Country collection and run them trough my die-cut machine. Next, I used the Barrel of Sentiments Stamp and Dies set. I made die-cuts with the barrel and the banner dies.

When I was finished with the die-cutting I colored them with Copic Markers. For the grapes I used BV02, BV17, RV66, B18 and N9, for the leaves YG01, YG03 and YG17. For the banner I used the Y13, Y15, Y19 and YR07 colors. I tried to make an authentic look for the barrel therefore I used my Derwent Inktense pencils for this.

Next I made the heat embossing with sentiments and White Embossing Powder.

When it was done I made an A2 card base and a window to my card with Labels 59 dies from another piece of paper. I cut the edges of my window with the Corner Chomper. For the background I painted warm autumn sunset with Jane Davenport watercolors. When It was dry I adhered on it the barrel and the window, then placed the other colored die-cuts.
