A Pop of (New) Color!

Hero Arts Ink

One of my favorite parts of a new catalog is the addition of new inks and accents, and the 2017 Catalog does not disappoint! Today I thought I would share a closer look at a few of the fabulous new color products from the catalog.

First, two new shades have been added to the Bold Inks collection — Rose Madder and Aegean. Bold Inks are a hybrid formulation — a blend of pigment and dye ink, so you get the best of both worlds. Bold and most definitely beautiful! Below, you can see actual swatches where I’ve heavily sponged each ink onto a die cut heart and also stamped smaller hearts.

Our popular Mid-tone Shadow Ink collection has also grown! Say hello to Antigua, Cotton Candy and Fresh Lawn. Instant favorites! These colors round out the Shadow Ink lineup so nicely, and will be great for Spring stamping…

After you’ve inked to your heart’s content, it’s time for a little embellishing. Have you seen the gorgeous new sequin packs? We’ve introduced six sequin mixes to match our basic ombré inks. In each pack, you’ll get a generous assortment that includes three different colors and two sizes. The piles pictured below are just a fraction of the quantity included.

Here’s a close-up of the Ocean mix so you can see the variety and shimmer…

Yep, I’m in LOVE.

If that’s not enough, we’ve also introduced four new ombré inks that you can see on page 64 of the catalog! I must say, I have a soft spot for the back of the catalog…how about you? So much fun and color on those pages! The new inks and sequins, along with the rest of the new products, are currently shipping out to Hero Arts retailers and will be available in our online shop on February 14.

Thanks for stopping by for a dose of color. Have a wonderful day!
