Today we're delighted to have Debi Adams here to share some fabulous “beyond the kit” ideas for a few of the add-ons.

Hi friends! Happy to have you joining me here on the Hero Arts blog today. I love seeing every new collection arrive on my doorstep each month. I get excited to see what the Hero Arts designers have dreamed up. There is no exception with the fabulous January MMH kit that features Valentine-inspired art. Although the add-ons work with the theme, they can also offer a variety of looks for any occasion, as shown in the two cards featured here. One card is modern and thoughtful, the other bright, cheerful and used for a celebration. Pretty sure that these designs work for whatever you need them to be by a simple change in colors or sentiment. Love the diversity that they offer.

A simple black and white background sets up the main image, which was created with a variety of stamps from the Flower Bouquet Pieces set.

And this fun “Congratulations” card incorporates the Togetherness Flower Bouquet onto a tone on tone background, with a colorful bouquet at the forefront.

I'm certain you will find success with either of these fabulous sets. Hope you will tag #heroarts on social media so that we can see your creativity at work!

Thanks for stopping by.

XO,
Debi Adams

Hello crafters! It’s Lisa Tilson here with you today to share a card using the Snowflake Kisses Collection by Lisa Horton. I am going to be doing a step-by-step photo tutorial showing you how to create a Christmas card using the Gift Boxes and Bags Etched Dies and I’m using a more unconventional colour palette to make it. Debossed Snowflake Christmas Card Tutorial with Snowflake Background Etched Dies

Hello there, Michelle Short here to share a step-by-step tutorial using the Snowflake Background Etched Dies from the Lisa Horton Snowflake Kisses Collection. The Snowflake Background Etched Dies are two layers which you can cut as a base layer and a top layer. For my card today, instead of having die cut layers, I thought that I would deboss the design. DEBOSSING THE DIE Place...
