Enjoy The Little Things

Hola everyone! Thanks for stopping by! Pocono Pam here sharing a card showcasing the newly released Bird Family Fancy Dies. This charming die set features an adorable mother and baby bird duo, surrounded by blossoming flowers.

For my card, I stenciled Artistic Peony onto a 4" x 5.25" Peony cardstock panel in Berry Smoothie and Taffy Reactive Inks. I then spritzed the panel with White Iridescent Shimmer Mist; matted it with Azalea cardstock and adhered it to an A2 card base.

Next, I die-cut the mother and baby birds in both Peony and Azalea cardstock. I removed some of the small details from the Azalea mama bird and the Peony baby bird. I then glued and stacked them onto the remaining die-cuts.

I adhered the mama bird to the card front and added the baby bird with foam tape for dimension. I added Gold Hero Pearls to the beaks.

To continue, I stamped a sentiment from the Art Journal Messages onto white cardstock; trimmed and matted with Azalea cardstock and adhered to the card front.

To complete the card, I added a few enamel dots.

Have a happy rest of your day!
