Snowy Scene Holiday Tags

Have you started wrapping Christmas presents yet? I haven't, but when I do I'll have these adorable tags ready to tie on the packages! It's a simple design that is easy to mass produce.

First, I die cut a variety of shapes using various Infinity Dies. I used the Circles, Tag Frames and Houses on my tags, but you could choose any shape. I cut each shape twice -- once from colored cardstock and once from white cardstock. The colored one will be the base of the tag and the white one will be used to die cut the snowy scene at the bottom of the tag.

Next, I die cut the Snowy Drifts Fancy Dies from the white tags. By die cutting the snowy scene from the tag shape, you can be sure the edges will line up perfectly with your colored tag.

I traced the outline of the snowy scene with the Crystal Clear Lacquer Pen and sprinkled on some fine sparkly glitter. While this was drying, I white heat embossed the messages on the tags using the Winter Holiday Messages stamp set.

The last step is to adhere the snowy scene to each tag with foam adhesive and tie a piece of baker's twine to the top of the tag.

Which is your favorite? Mine is the house tag -- I think the message goes perfect with it!
