In the Spotlight: Color Layering Golden Poppies

Today we are debuting an inspirational new series on the blog called In the Spotlight. In this series, we're shining a light on some of our favorite past Hero Arts products, showcasing their timeless appeal with a variety of inspiring card samples. See just how versatile and enduring these products truly are, and get fresh, unique ways to incorporate them into your cardmaking and crafting.

Today's feature is the Color Layering Golden Poppies Clear Stamp Set and coordinating Color Layering Golden Poppies Stencils.

These two products work seamlessly together or can be used on their own to craft a variety of looks. They are perfectly sized to fit the front of a card, making quick cardmaking a breeze.

On the card below, Kelly has created a gradient blend of color using the stencils over the stamped image. Creamsicle and Fruit Punch inks were used on the bottom half and Lemon Drop and Creamsicle were used on the top half. A few gold spatters using Gold Hero Wax add a subtle shine, perfectly complementing the warm tones of the flowers.

Here are five more card examples to fuel your creativity from current and past Creative Team members. The creative possibilities are endless!

Both of these products are ON SALE now, so be sure to add the Color Layering Golden Poppies Stamp Set and Color Layering Golden Poppies Stencils to your cart today!

Happy crafting!

Absolutely beautiful!!

Melissa Leftrick,

Such a great stamp! So many great looking cards too!

Karen L K,

Thanks so much for spotlighting this terrific set!!! I absolutely love it and really appreciate that you are showing it with very different looks. Since I live in Northern CA I have typically always used this for our state flower, the Golden Poppy. This is one of many of my Hero favorites that I will never let go of…..I was an early customer and fan of HA was it was just stating (yes, I am old!). Keep up the great inspiration!
