May My Monthly Hero Countdown: Idea #2 + Giveaway!

MMH Countdown to Creativity

Kelly's back with another look at our May My Monthly Hero release. This time she's giving us a peek at the add-on stamp set she designed to coordinate with the kit. Be sure to leave a comment to enter our drawing - we're giving away one kit on Monday morning, drawn from all of the comments left on our Countdown to Creativity posts. And come back on Monday, May 2 at 1pm Eastern/10am Pacific for this month's release! Take it away, Kelly!

In addition to the main kit, we are also offering an add-on set called Happy Mail that is great for decorating envelopes, creating envelope seals and of course to use on cards. Creating beauty on the outside of an envelope can be just as fun as the card inside!

I created my own envelope from watercolor paper using a We R Memory Keepers 1-2-3 Punch Board and used some watercolor paints to create the colored background. Next, I added some white heat embossed elements from the stamp set to frame the recipient's address.

I continued the design on the back of the envelope with a few more images that are perfect for envelope decorating. I can't wait for you to see all the fun messages in this set -- it will be one that I reach for all the time!

I'll be back with another idea later today - see you then!
