November My Monthly Hero Countdown: Idea #6 + Giveaway!

Hello and welcome as we continue the countdown to the release of the November My Monthly Hero Kit! Release day is tomorrow, Monday, November 5th at 1pm Eastern/10am Pacific. Hope you enjoyed all the inspiration this weekend! Ilina is here for another look at this wonderful kit.

Hi everyone! I hope you enjoyed all of the projects using the November My Monthly Hero kit. I have little bit different project to share with you. It's a tag countdown/advent calendar. You can write something on the back of the tags or stamp some images.

To make the tags start by die cutting 24 tags using the Tag Infinity Dies and Kraft Layering Paper. Once you have die cut all the tags using the stamp set from the kit and the following ink pads: Strawberry, Pine, Caramel, Unicorn White and Intense Black inks stamp the numbers 1-24 on the tags and sentiments and images from the set.

Once all the tags are stamped let the Unicorn White ink dry, then tie golden thread on each of the tags. Once done, arrange and adhere them onto an 8 1/2" x 8 1/2" piece of card stock, chipboard or any sturdy surface.

You can hang it somewhere or keep it as it is. You can write something on the back of the tags to hint to some gifts hidden/placed around the house, or just what is the "item" for that day. Or stamp different images.

Win a kit before you can buy it! Just leave a comment on this (and every) Countdown to Creativity post! We’ll randomly draw one lucky winner from all the comments left across all countdown posts, and announce the winner first thing Monday morning, November 5th, before the kit launches at 1 pm Eastern. The more you comment, the more chances to win!

Thank you so much for stopping by today and have a crafty day!

Nice job showing the versatility of this kit! Small images can be fiddly to use but this has impact!

Hello there, Michelle Short here to share a step-by-step tutorial using the Snowflake Background Etched Dies from the Lisa Horton Snowflake Kisses Collection. The Snowflake Background Etched Dies are two layers which you can cut as a base layer and a top layer. For my card today, instead of having die cut layers, I thought that I would deboss the design.
