Video: Shifted Eclipse Technique

Hi friends! I hope your pants still fit after Thanksgiving! Now that we've crossed into Christmas fair game territory, I'm bringing you a fun collage style background with a shifted eclipse technique.

To create the background, I started with a panel of the beautiful Bermuda cardstock. I stamped that with the Etched Winter Swirls Bold Prints in Blue Raspberry Reactive Ink. Then I used the Large Snowflakes & Swirls Dies to cut three snowflakes out of the card panel, and also an extra one out of white to piece back into the opening. Then I used the Script Bold Prints and Unicorn ink to lightly stamp all over. I cut the Joy die out of Glitter Paper Basics cardstock, and trimmed it out of its circle frame before splattering the card with white acrylic ink, and attaching the sentiment. Collage stamping can be just as beautiful in monochrome!

Here's the video of my process!

Hello there, Michelle Short here to share a step-by-step tutorial using the Snowflake Background Etched Dies from the Lisa Horton Snowflake Kisses Collection.
