Tone on Tone Embossing and Mocha Maiden

Hi everyone, Ilina here today with a card featuring the new Mocha Maiden wood mount stamp along with the Distressed Tile Bold Prints.

I wanted to create a subtle background that would let my main image pop. To create the background I started by stamping the Distressed Tile Bold Prints onto a 3 3/4" x 5" panel of Snow Layering Paper using Versamark ink. Next I embossed it with White Satin Pearl embossing powder to give it a little bit of a metallic look, but still subtle.

Next, I stamped the image onto alcohol-friendly white card stock using Intense Black ink and colored with my Copics, then fussy cut it. I stamped the sentiment from Foam Animals onto Pool Layering paper and embossed with White embossing powder. Trimmed to size.

I assembled my card onto a Snow folded note card and added few Frost sequins to finish it off.

Thank you so much for stopping by and hope you are inspired to do something creative today along with a cup of coffee ;)
