You Are The Sweetest

Hi friends. It's Kailash here sharing a sweet card featuring the new Love Bird & Friends stamp set.

I paired it with the versatile Floral Border Fancy Die which I die cut from Dove White cardstock. I then inked just the center area first with Dusty Blue Core ink and Blue Raspberry Reactive ink, making sure not to get ink onto the floral border. I sprinkled a few drops of water and added white splatters. This adds some texture and depth to the ink blending. I also used a Copic marker to add some 'dots' randomly. For the stamped image I used Intens-ified Black ink, colored with Copic markers and die cut with the coordinating die.

The sentiment from the same stamp set was stamped with Clear Watermark & Embossing Ink on Pitch Black cardstock, topped with White Embossing Powder and heat set. I die cut it using the coordinating die.

The stamped image and sentiment was adhered with Precision Glue. The floral border panel was then adhered onto Peony cardstock. I love how the pink cardstock peeks through the floral border die.

Thank you for stopping by and hope I have inspired you. Have a lovely day!

Hello there, Michelle Short here to share a step-by-step tutorial using the Snowflake Background Etched Dies from the Lisa Horton Snowflake Kisses Collection.
